Design and construction of seven traditionally built luxury townhouses incorporating flint and rendered facades with natural westmorland slates.

New build apartments, Worthing

Working with Newman Developments on a new build project comprising fifty one flats over six floors with ground floor retail space. The specification was for a reinforced concrete frame construction with a mixture of face brickwork and insulated render facade with single ply membrane roof.

24 Apartments, Hove

Working with Stylelab on a design and build turnkey project to deliver a high-end block of twenty four apartments with the penthouse overlooking Sussex County Cricket Ground.

33 Apartments, Hove

A design and build turnkey project for thirty three flats overlooking the world famous Royal Pavilion in the centre of Brighton. Challenges included a curved design with no two apartments the same dimensions and a complex build with the whole site taken by the footprint of the building.
