Timber storage, Shoreham Port

Working directly with the Shoreham Port Authority, the scope covered the extension of an existing timber storage facility including groundwork, reinforced concrete walls, steel frame and cladding.

Grain store, Shoreham Port

Working directly for Bartholomews, we constructed a mixed construction grain storage facility within Shoreham Port, including precast concrete piling, reinforced concrete beams/slabs, steel frame and cladding.

Aircraft carrier production facility, Portsmouth

This contract was to provide the bases of specialised cutting machines for the construction of new aircraft carriers for BAE surface Fleet. The contract also extended to the provision of a crane rail to the machine.

Sovereign Harbour, Eastbourne

Providing a 9,000m2 ground floor car park with reinforced concrete podium slab over. This supported multi storey reinforced concrete frames for town houses and luxury apartments. The development provided for yachts to be moored adjacent to the residential accommodation.

Brighton Marina

Two storey car park which required flight auger piling below the water table. 1,400m2 podium slab which allows for boat parking during the winter months/
