Provision of 13,000m2 car parking area at the Stadium, as well as demolition of a former high school, extensive earthworks and ground remodelling to provide 17,000m2 of additional car parking.
Construction of a new adopted access road serving Brighton & Hove Albion football training ground. The project included traditional road construction, coordination and installation of all main services.
The conversion of an existing sports arena to a serviceable football league stadium for Brighton & Hove Albion, meeting all of the access and quality standards required. The project included ongoing annual maintenance works and reinstatement to sports complex use at the end of the Albion’s tenure.
